DynaVisiC values are inherited from experience in the aerospace business. They correspond to three core themes to take care of the client's expectations:
The Client satisfaction is the first objective of any mission. An open dialog is established in the preparation of the mission for a clear understanding of the challenges and identification of the objectives. A work plan is agreed involving the consultant(s) and Client's collaborators which forms the road map for the mission. Quality (technically with pragmatic outputs and in term of relationship) is always a major aim of DynaVisiC to garantee operational efficiency and to drive the mission to success.
A mission is first a team work to share an environment, understand the context, and develop solutions for performance enhancement. Close collaboration and team spirit are then looked at to combine competences and enthusiasm for an optimum performance. Openess and respect are guaranted through open dialog.
In front of the evolution of the environment and the need to adapt the company, a creative approach and the opportunity to find solutions / synergies outside the company may be stimulated with cooperation of the internal actors and external partners, even customers.
