What is DynaVisiC?
A consulting company with industrial heritage
DynaVisiC is a consulting company, a french private SAS legal entity, founded in April 2018 by Christian Etienne, a former AIRBUS manager motivated to share his experience with ambitious clients in technological environment. DynaVisiC purpose is to bring added value for industrial excellence, first through strategic commercial actions with high quality bids to conquer or consolidate a market position and then in operational functions to deliver with unquestionable quality.
With a background of Aeronautical engineer and business management, Christian Etienne has 38 years of experience in Aerospace in two major groups, former SNECMA (now SAFRAN and Ariane Group) and AIRBUS.
He contributed to major programmes for ARIANE and Satellite manufacturing for which quality is key. He worked in the development of Ariane 5 and in a series of French and European Earth Observation Satellite as well as in Scientific Satellites. He managed particularly industrial aspects, interfacing with many suppliers inhouse or worlwide; this engagement particularly covered the development of partnership and team leadership which are key factors to ensure success in industrial business.
Furthermore he acted as consultant in Airbus Defence & Space during three years supporting various entities, internally and subsidiaries, in their development and improvement. This was of high benefit mixing experience with consulting methodologies as for instance in the "Transformation Plan" of the company whose a major ambition is a new team mindset to promote new ways of working in agile industries and services.
DynaVisiC is then a frame for a new openess to the industrial world based on a strong background, a motivation to share knowhow and willingness to develop partnership providing pragmatic solutions for competitive advantages.
